I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Kansas State University. I also hold a Certification as a Reading Therapist from Read America. I hold a current Teaching Certificate for grades 1-6 from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Missouri. My specialty in teaching reading helps me get kids reading on grade level in 12 clinical hours or less.
Experience
I have six years of tutoring experience as well as six year of classroom teaching experience. I have taught in public, charter, and private schools. I currently maintain an online course for distance learners as well as have the ability to conduct Google Hangout tutoring sessions. For local students, I offer one-on-one private tutoring. I have helped over fifty students get on grade level in 12 clinical hours or less. Online students can expect to see results in 60 days or less.
